As a parent of a young athlete, you appreciate how dedicated coaching combined with a fun environment can make all the difference.
We believe in the basics, show up on time and give 100%. If you are willing to learn then we are going to teach your child as much as he or she can take. The willingness to be coached is the first step to finding out what kind of baseball player your child can become.
We want every child to walk away from our camps/clinics and private instruction, not only with a smile on their face but as if they walked away a better player and teammate.
History of FBK1
2010 – Stepped away from playing the game I love and jumped into coaching/teaching private instruction.
2011 – Teamed up with a good buddy and Healdsburg High Varsity Baseball coach, Justin Herrguth for the first “Spring Training baseball Camp”
2011 – Joined the team at “Beyond the Bat” batting and training facility as their first Pro Pitching instructor expanding to cover more of the North Bay.
2012 – FBK1 joined the coaching staff of the North Bay Redbirds travel baseball Organization.
2014 – FBK1 and Kasey Olenberger shows no slowing down in sight as we are on a mission to continue to develop well rounded baseball players.
2015 – FBK1 Brand launched with hats and Shirts and now we have moved to our first season as an actual baseball club being FBK1 Baseball Club here is 2019. Our goal, once again is to provide quality coaching a mentoring to our players who join the program. We want every player to walk away from our program better than they were the day before. Larry brings 35+ years of baseball experience to the FBK1 coaching team. Coached at Sonoma State University, Santa Rosa JC as well as professional leagues Domestic and Internationally. Hitting instruction Larry’s focal points. Associate scout for the LAA.
Dan “Beaker” Leslie
Beak brings 30+ years of baseball knowledge to FBK1. Played and coached at SSU and SRJC, Dan specializes in Pitching and Hitting instruction. Associate Scout for the Miami Marlins. Director of www.campforacure.org

Sam brings in 25+ years of baseball experience from his playing days at SRJC and Chico St. Specializing in Catching and Defense for FBK1.
