Our favorite instructor Dan Leslie will be retiring on October 31 of this year.

Please have your child to your scheduled lesson 15 minutes prior to the start time posted online. These 15 minutes will be dedicated to your jogging, 90/90 warm-ups and J Band routine. If this is a players first visit and is not comfortable with our J-Band routine then please visit jaegersports.com and please watch the instructional video. This will give each player the visual aid they will need. I will provide J-Bands as well as print outs for each player to follow.
